We want to encourage as much involvement and ownership by community members as possible in planning and delivering projects as part of FOLIO’s mission. Working parties are a valuable way for members of the public who wish to support the libraries of Sutton Coldfield and the charitable work of FOLIO Sutton Coldfield to get involved, without the need to take on the responsibilities which come with being a trustee.
If you have experience in any field which could support and inform the work of FOLIO, we’d love to hear from you. We are currently keen to hear from people interested in joining our Fundraising group. Our Working parties are designed to work as autonomously as possible with ideas coming from the bottom up, and not being delivered from the top-down; FOLIO Sutton Coldfield is a community group run by members of the local community for the benefit of the local community.
